In February 2005, through the subsidiary Inversiones Gloria Argentina S.A., the Gloria Group acquired 50% share of stock of Lácteos Santa Fé S.A., currently under the name of Compañía Regional de Lácteos Argentina S.A., CORLASA, sharing the ownership equitably with the Gonella family Group, through their company La Ramada S.A.

This partnership's purpose was to industrialize and sell dairy products, mainly powder milk, joining the production and sales experience of the Gloria Group with the stockbreeding, agriculture and metal-mechanic know-how of the Gonella family.

In April 2006, the facilities were finished, and it can be said, without a doubt, that with the usage of the latest technology, it became the most modern industrial plant in Argentina.

In that same month, the production of whole, skimmed, modified and instant powder milk began. The plant has a reception capacity of 800 000 liters of fresh milk per day and a production capacity of 90 metric tons of powder milk per day. Butter oil is also produced in the plant, with an output of 32 000 liters per day, all of that being directed to exportations.

The production of powder milk is destined for internal sales as well as exportations.
