October 2003, DEPRODECA, a subsidiary of
José Rodríguez Banda S.A.,
started providing commercial services to
Gloria S.A in domestic sales, exports, marketing
and distribution (including the management
of finished-product warehouses). From May
2004 onwards,
DEPRODECA has offices and warehouses in
the cities of Lima, Piura, Chiclayo, Trujillo,
Huancayo, Ica, Arequipa, Cuzco, Juliaca
and Tacna, managing vertical wholesales,
modern selling schemes, horizontal distribution
and in the areas of travelers´ routes.
Export sales are managed by specialized
personnel in order to provide additional
market counsel, logistics and product development.
In the marketing area, business, sales,
advertising, promotions and trade marketing
plans, are being performed for Gloria S.A,
providing each brand with an adequate positioning
and the projected market participation.
The company comprises an Investigation and
Development Area for the creation of new
products to suit the requirements of increasingly
demanding consumers.
