To date we have the following concrete batcher

 Cibi Stationary
Concrete Batcher Plant
|
With a production capacity of 60 m3/h
extendable to 90 m3/h with a stationary
mixer of a capacity of 1,5 m3, with two
cement silos for a capacity of 90 t and
two storage bins of a capacity of 60 m3
each, for aggregates. This plant supplies
concrete to the market of arequipa and
also has a semi-automated batcher system.

Mobile Concrete
Batcher Plant
|
With a production capacity of 70 m3/hour,
equipped with an automatic control system
designed to attend to construction works
located far away from the city of arequipa.
This plant has all the necessary batcher
systems to travel to the work areas in
a very short period of time.

Transportable
Concrete Batcher Plants
|
With a
production capacity of 18 m3/hour, specially
designed by the engineers of the concrete
division to operate in the most inhospitable
climates of the country. Its design allows
quick transportation to the work sites
to be installed in the areas close to
the pouring sites.
in all
cases our plants are updated with semiautomatic
weighing system thereby achieving an exact
weight of the concrete mix and optimal
diversion standards for concrete plants
using the most advanced technology in
the production and quality control processes.
These plants are equipped with a high
technology laboratory to control the quality
of the raw materials and of the concrete
according to astm, aci – 318 standards,
to provide a fully guaranteed product.

Concrete Trucks
(Concrete Mixers)

In order
to provide a timely service to our clients
we have the following equipment:
- Ford and volvo concrete trucks with
mixers of a capacity of 6 m3
- Volvo concrete trucks with mixers of
a capacity of 7 m3; and
- Volvo four-wheel drive concrete trucks
with mixers of a capacity of 9 m3.

In order to provide
pumping services, we have putzmeister
and transcrete stationary concrete pumps,
which are available to our clients.

For the production of
premixed concrete in distant and cold
areas we have supplementary equipment,
